How long is the handle?

The handle when assembled using three sections is 130cms but you can also use it without the middle section - 82cms - which may help a wheelchair user... for storage the biggest section is 51cms.

How can I get the mop well squeezed? I follow the instructions but the mop and hence the floor are too wet. There isn't a good wringing action it see

You lift up the mop until it is just out the water but still attached to the centre piece. The mop then clicks to the top and you push the handle down and up. That makes it spin inside the top of the bucket and removes all the excess water. It is then hardly wet at all and perfect for wooden floors. It just takes a slight twist and you feel it sliding into the higher level to allow you to spin it dry. Hope this helps.

Can you buy replacement mop heads for this system?

Hi yes you can buy them direct from spontex website.they are unfortunately not available on Amazon.i know right!,!! I was going crazy with all this searching on Amazon after buying mop and ended up having online chat with one of amazon's employee and yes I was right mop heads not available on Amazon.you can search in your browser for spontex replacement heads and their website will show up in search results.

Is it good at getting a floor fairly dry when you've finished mopping?

The floor is hardly wet at all with this mop. The mop spins in the bucket before you lift it up for use, so, it is not wet, just damp. I bought this for my laminate as my wooden floors as wet mops are not good for laminate, especially the cheaper kinds. I use warm water and add some liquid cleaner for wooden floors. Takes no time at all.

Best mop ever

I'm so pleased with my new mop,it spins the mop so no dripping wet floors...easy to use and set up and doesn't take up too much space....very reasonable price too....you get one mop head but Amazon sells replacement parts for it..

Be warned these mops buckets are hard work

This was my worst purchase ever i recommend to others do not purchase one off these they make cleaning your floors even harder than doing it on your hands and knees with a floor cloth I've actually put mine outside too go with my bin collection on Monday so dissapointed with this contraption ive actually ordered a flash speed mop something you can actually use and control properly my daughter did warn me not to buy this but I did not listen I wish I had so I may as well just had put cash in my bin instead off buying this useless mop and bucket
