Product exceeds expectations.
I'm able to run my Predator 9500 inverter in eco mode with 2 RV AC units and a microwave at the same time. The unit tripped the first time I turned on my rear AC unit but I saw from the app that it had a 45 amp inrush. That allowed me to trouble shoot the AC unit and found a disconnected wire on the compressor. I’m very happy with the performance of this product and would highly recommend.

The app that connects to the phone is very helpful
This helped us so much during three weeks of 100 degree weather. Being able to monitor the power usage without needing to go to the power box to check it was great! Seeing when the power was going down on L2 let us know it was time to turn off the the 2nd AC and run off one until the power came back up. Great purchase so far!

Don’t Work on my 50Amp Class A Motorhome
After seeing the YouTube videos on this product, I was excited to give it a try. We have a Monaco Dynasty with 3 Dometic Penguin A/C heat pumps. Shortly after it arrived, we were headed out for a 2 week trip along the Gulf. Great opportunity to give this product a try since temps were forecasted to be in the high 90’s. I tried this plug-n-play soft start 50 Amp device at two different new, high end RV resorts where we were staying 4 nights or more. At both locations the 50 Amp electric at the pedestal checked out OK (correct wiring, correct grounding, balanced voltage, etc). I verified this by using the 50 Amp Surge Protector we’ve used dozens of times over the past 3 years, and by using this new device. Both showed everything was good to go for electric hook up. In both resorts the new plug-n-play soft start device failed after being in use for between 6-8 hours. Each time in separate resorts the device completely shut down all power and failed to re-start. Neither time did the mobile App (connected via Bluetooth to my iPhone) show any occurrence. So strange, according to the App and the device, the complete shutdown never occurred. Upon each set-up (2 different RV Resorts) I was using the Aladdin System which is built into our motorhome to monitor each of the two electric legs. Each time all appeared fine, but when one or two of the ACs would cycle on and off, I never noticed any difference in the Amps being drawn as it mirrored amperage draw to that being seen w/o the new $900 plug-n-play soft-start device. My conclusion is that either I received a defective device, or, since my motorhome already has a power management system, the two systems didn’t work well together. Upon each trial, the new unit shut down all power to the rig, and it never reconnected/re-activated the power. Each time I had to unplug the device, install the 50 Amp surge protector we have used for the past 3 years, in order to restore power to the motorhome. Just another note to share, our previous surge protector not only checks the wiring of the pedestal, the quality of the voltage coming through each leg, it also checks the electrical circuitry of the motorhome before allowing electric current to flow from the pedestal into the motorhome. Each and every time everything checked out OK at the 3 RV parks and the 2 RV Resorts we stayed at this trip. But the two times I tried using this new device, it failed after 6-8 hours of use. I’m thankful for Amazon’s ability to return this item as for my experience, it is not functional. Anyone considering making this purchase should do so cautiously, and make sure you give it a good trial run before your return window closes. I’d hate for anyone to be out almost one thousand dollars for something that didn’t work for me.

Seller is not to ne trusted!
Fireside accepted a return from someone, shipped it back out and it doesn't work. Now returning it to Active Start and they are sending a working replacement.. You will be hearing from them. Next time you get a return, check it out to make sure it works BEFORE reselling it.

I wish the Bluetooth had longer range.
This this is AWESOME!!! The only thing I wish is that it had a longer range with the Bluetooth so that I could connect it to my phone and see the incoming data when I have to plug it in at the barn, which is 50 feet away from my unit. This won’t be a problem when we are in campgrounds and right next to an electrical pedestal.
