Easy to swallow. Due to the shape of the softgels, it glides down the throat easily. I have been using it for just about a week now( 1 tab twice daily) and I can see that my skin is looking clearer already. I will definitely continue using it.

I bought these as on reading the reviews people were commenting on them helping with the side effects of PMT and I have found that they really do. Moods are a lot less during and the stomach cramps 🤷🏻‍♀️ I didn’t get them so all good.
