Q: Can the dual outputs be used in Extended Desktop configuration?

It's actually triple outputs, and all three can be used at the same time. HDMI, DP, and DVI all work together, just connector differences. I use one of these at work to drive three monitors. An Amazon Basics 6' mini DP to HDMI cable is under ten bucks and works as well as any other. Same with mini DP to DVI.

Q: Are all 3 outputs simulataneous so 3 monitors can be driven at once?

Yes. I have two wide screen PC monitors (Dell and Viewsonic) and a Vizio wide screen TV (30"+) connected to it. One can seamlessly swipe mouse across all three :-) I purchased this product years ago. As I recall, the metal bracket was not assembled to the board. It can be a challenge getting the bracket slots to align with the board jacks.

Q: Will this fot in a slimline PC? also, how loud is the fan?

The VisionTek Radeon 7750 graphics card can be installed in the HP Pavilion 590-p0xxx. However, this graphics card series is not officially supported on Windows 11. This graphics card can operate using Adrenalin 21.5.2 (WHQL) on Windows 11 although not explicitly supported. I bought this card to replace the GT 620 that came with my ACER XC-605 i5 4440 8 gb 220 psu, which has a low profile single slot PCIE. I would recommend this card to anyone who has a similar system, while the GT 620 struggled with Elite Dangerous on the lowest settings the 7750 runs smoothly even on ultra. Well worth the investment if your a retro gamer.
