Varta Longlife AAA Batteries (48 Pack), Alkaline Triple A Battery

These batteries are perfect for my timed devices around the house. I have them in my candles in the dining room. I use them for things that I don’t use constantly. I find the battery life to be good for that use. They were fresh right of the package. Their size is the perfect AA. The value for the money is exceptional. And I have not experienced leakage from these batteries, once they are low, I change them immediately. I will be purchasing these again and again.

These are now my go to non rechargeable batteries. For some reason rechargeable batteries don't last very long on our biometric door lock. I forgot the brand we're using ATM. After switching to these batteries are lasting several months no issues. They fit just fine as well since they're not super thick like some rechargeable batteries. I've used this only a fire tv remote and it lasts just as long as my envelope and Amazon basics rechargeable. For the money you get a lot of batteries to. I would purchase these over name brands any day. These are good for low drain devices like remotes smoke detector etc. They are rated for 10 year shelf life. I haven't had them long enough to test that but had these bought a year now with no leakage and powers what I need just fine.

I decided to give them a try, I put some in my carbon monoxide detectors and they are working fine. I will report back on them after they have been in use longer. They seem to be a good value, they have some weight to them and that usually indicates a decent battery (for alkaline batteries)

We go through AA & AAA Batteries like seagulls on a spilled bag of Cheetos so I'm always looking for the lowest price per battery. The are great, with a lifespan similar to other brands.

These are alright. They definitely don’t last as long as name brands.

So, last year I purchased a 100pk of Varta batteries and use them for flashlights, Christmas decorations, remotes, keyboard and mouse, and a motor driven balloon pump. These batteries seem to last as long as most other batteries that are in the same class. One thing I've noticed is that they do not leak acid like many other name brand batteries. It seems the shelf life is decent, too! For the money, they perform as good as most other batteries.

Better than Duracell which always leak and corrode now, as do Ray-o-vacs.

I use these for wireless microphone packs. Most batteries need to be changed after one show. These lasted multiple performances!

While VARTA is a German company known for automotive batteries (VARTA Automotive, they now outsource the production of their consumer batteries, including the Longlife AAA, to Indonesia.
