Vehicle Won’t Move--Battery Problem

1：For safe shipping, the battery is partially charged. Please fully charge it before use. If the battery fails, try a replacement battery. 2 : Ensure transmitter batteries are correctly installed and have power. Replace if needed.

Failed binding/pairing between vehicle and transmitter

Don't touch the throttle or steering during pairing & Don't start multiple rc cars at the same time. Check for loose wire/plug on the servo, motor, and ESC/receiver. Power off and restart to re-bind. Replace the ESC/receiver if the problem persists.

The RC Car don't Reverse

If incorrect throttle neutral point -- Power off, don’t move the trigger, and re-bind to allow the receiver to auto-set the neutral point. Replace the faulty ESC or transmitter if necessary.

Noise from Differential or Gears

This RC car’s nylon gears feature standard mesh tolerances. External factors may cause minor tolerance variations (within standard range), leading to low-speed gear friction noise that typically fades at high speeds. It is normal, not product defect.
