Easy and light
Bought this as I only have a long reach one, this has made life so much easier, light in weight and does the job well, highly recommended.

Simple light unit, cuts through 1/4 inch hedge row stems, abit noisy though
This unit is ok for small and light hedges and odd brambles. 1/4 inch thickness it will cut through easily. It will struggle anything thicker. it is abit noisy but for short use, it is fine.Safety switch is good as well. Fair unit at fair price. Not really for heavy duty use , but good enough for most garden hedges for 15-30 min use

Heavy
It’s good for the value. Not overly loud and comfortable enough for long periods of use

at first disappointed to notice that on the instructions it only stated ...
Does what it says but I am doubtful how long it will last. It is light and very usable and I cut my two long front hedges with it. However, there was a constant smell of 'warm electrics' so not sure how long the motor will work? To that end I was, at first disappointed to notice that on the instructions it only stated 'One year guarantee' as against the two years on the Amazon page. I emailed the supplier and was informed I could register online for the extended warranty. When I attempted this the product number did not come up on their website. So determined to sort this out I phoned the customer help line and after spending a considerable length of time talking to an overseas call centre and finding it very difficult to understand what they were saying, I eventually got confirmation by phone and then email (3 times!) that I would have the two year manufacturers warranty. That's a lot of trouble to go to but let's hope it is worth it if I do hit trouble. For the money I probably should not expect too much. We shall see?
