Great Gloves that strike a comfortable balance of quality and price!
Great Gloves that strike an amazing sweet spot between price and quality. Well built and snug fitting.I bought these to test as a replacement for my old Title gloves. I tried them out on heavy bags and I must say I will be keeping them and they should last me a good while. While I am not a professional nor a pro boxer, I can tell when a gloves feels right and these fit my hands perfectly. I am 186lbs and use trideer 14oz gloves.Pros:Great quality at an affordable price point.Well built and well padded.Looks somewhat like a real leather glove.Cons:The high gloss finish is a bit too "high" for my tastes "in my opinion".Suggested Improvements:I feel the wrist strap that wraps around the glove base is the only place where the material feels of a lesser quality to the overall glove. Seeing as that is one of the areas where user hand interaction is the most (ie. Opening and closing the strap) I feel a better quality material would help in improving the feel of the glove.

Good for beginners
I bought this for my son. Now he uses it everything. Good to protect the hands for beginners.

I wish I liked these more
For the price, I guess I can't really complain. The construction of the gloves is good and the material is also satisfactory. but the padding is stiff and these have little wrist support. I initially got these upon joining a boxing gym. I love the sport and thought it would be a great way to get in shape. I used these a few times on a heavy bag as well as in one on one glove and mitt practice sessions. After each of my classes/sessions my wrists hurt. When I upgraded to Venum gloves I could immediately feel a huge difference. The venum gloves wrap around my wrist nicely and the support stop my wrists from hurting after practice. the Venum gloves have way better knuckles padding that actually helps the impact on your joints. For only $10 more, you won't feel your workout in your wrists after you've finished.

So far so good - review for use one month in
I've used these guys on avg 4x / week for 4 weeks, and they're holding up really nicely. I swing like a drunken sailor at mulitple kinds of bags, drop and do pushups on them, and they're still in great shape. The hand box has room for the 180" wraps although I just use the 120" for now. My hand size is probably on the larger size of medium. At this point I'm using them for workouts and not for actual boxing bouts / matches. While I don't see any reason why I'd change gloves, I'm only writing about them as a workout glove. As for the smell, they smelled fine out of the bag, and don't smell after use. (Pro tip: take the day's newspaper / the pennysaver or whatever coupon mailer / a paper towel and stuff it lightly in the glove after use to help with getting moisture out.)

Not worth money
I would recommend spending little more for better quality. These gloves did not feel right on they were made on the lower cost of things. If you are getting these just have around house and not really box then they will work. However if needing for boxing then spend little more and get ones made to last.

Breaking it in will take a while.
I bought the 14oz one because the size chart say 140-160 lbs use 14oz and i'm around 157-158 lbs. and i have to say its a snug fit in there specially with hand wraps. so i recommend go 16 oz if your near the 160 lbs mark.. but probably ok if you're around 140 - 150 lbs range... breaking it in takes a while, it probably took me around 3 weeks (i go boxing 3 times a week) to have comfortable grip inside. i think the reason is the padding is really thick i guess that's a good thing.all in all its meh... okay kinda good gloves.
