Excellent product and smooth experience
**Excellent product and smooth experience** I am very happy with this Faber hob. The product looks premium, works efficiently, and fits well in my kitchen. The burners ignite smoothly and the build quality feels solid and durable. The installation experience was also hassle-free, and the technician did a neat and professional job. Amazon delivered the product on time, and the overall buying experience was smooth and convenient from start to finish. Overall, I am fully satisfied with this purchase and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a good quality 4-burner hob. Worth buying.

Overall good experience
The burner is good and the glass is strong and scratchless. The burner itself has no noise and auto-ignition works perfectly on batteries. It is very easy to use Nd easy to install ourselves even though faber sent an installation expert to install it for the first time. The burner is quite safe and there has been no gas leakages in the last one year though it lacks an auto cut feature. we are satisfied after using it for almost one year. The delivery had some issues like the wrong model being delivered etc so we had to get it replaced twice. But post that the burner has been functioning flawlessly. The post sale service for faber is also satisfactory. So overall it has been a good experience

Don't buy.
This is the worst product I've ever purchased. I strongly advise against buying it. Within just one years, it required numerous repairs and constantly presented issues. The customer service was abysmal. I'm located in Visakhapatnam, and it's apparent that there's a distinct lack of proper service here. The product initially looks visually appealing from the outside, but the internal quality is undeniably cheap. The service technician even told me I should not buy a Faber product.
