Supports fine, but the material is awful, just awful. Scratchy, hot, and not breathable-- and once you're really sweaty it is like your wrists are being steamed.

I was injured at work and forced to use crutches. At the beginning, the crutches made my wrists hurt. These gave the added support I needed until I was able to build up more muscle. I still sometimes wear them if I know I will need to do a little more walking than usual.

I like the ease of wrapping this around my wrist. I also like the feel of the fabric. The only issue I have is the hole for the thumb could use a little more support because it tends to stretch out.

I like that they're adjustable and can go on either wrist. I guess because of fitting either wrist, the band tends to shift and not stay as I originally positioned them
