Q: Will these fit someone who is 6'5" and 190lbs?

My husband is 6ft weighs weighs 225 and I buy him the large and they fit perfect. It might depend on your inseam for length

Q: Will a smart phone fit in the slant pocket and sit deeply enough that it won’t fall out of the pocket when seated?

I have a Samsung Galaxy note 20, it will fit in the slant pocket without falling out but it a little tight. I prefer using a cargo pocket for my phone. Hope that helps!?
