So far coming up on about 2 months with this band...I love it. I used to do only metal but being a lineman, I'm pushing my luck with both being conductive and weather. Overall this has been exposed to my sweat, A LOT of rain, gun oil, motor oil (including diesel) and of course some beer. Still does not have any smell to it ( I actually checked 2 days ago) and the Velcro still holds strong. The only complaint, the Velcro is nabbing at my 6 year old work hoodie which is company provided so really, I don't care. Two other coworkers have ordered this band for their Garmin watches because of me (we don't need smart, we need durable with fall alert).I originally got this one because of the parachute cord...3 of my rifles have the same sling style because you never know. And now I'm just in love with it.

The metal portion of the watch band that attaches to the pins is too narrow and has excessive play from side to side. I rarely remove my watch for anything other than charging. Shortly after installing these new watch bands I was working on my car and caught the watch on a bracket in the engine compartment. My watch popped off of my wrist and I discovered the pin was still captive to the watch band clasp. The excessive play where the band attaches to the pin allows the pin to be flexed and pop free of the watch. This has now happened three times in the last four days. Prior to installing the new watch band this had never occurred. This is the only thing about the watch band that I do not like, the band is comfortable. That said I will be replacing this watch band, I'm concerned that I will lose my watch.

Love the looks of the band but the strap is way too long. I am 5'10", 170lbs wear med/lrg gloves and even at the smallest velcro length, it was too large/long. Returning it...regrettably.

I bought this band for my Garmin Crossover Solar. Liked it so much that I bought the green one the next day.

This band is very high quality and a perfect fit! I expect to get some years out of it. One of the biggest plusses for it, is it uses the thicker pins than my Garmin 935 Forerunner uses! I bought another paracord band from Amazon and that one was nice, but used the small little pins most watch bands use and didn't last a week. This, however, is a great product that I would recommend! It also looks and feels good on the wrist!

At first I was confused when I took out the product. But if you have the Garmin Vivoactive 4, it fits perfectly. Make sure you have the pins that connect the bands. And it snaps on perfectly. As a person who goes to the Gym 4-5 times a week, this is holding on amazing. The rubber ones always broke on me. I’m about to order the other color to the black one. Thanks guys

First time changing a brand new Garmin Instinct. The pins to hold the band in place need some sort of tool to get the band out and the new one in, and we had to use utensils not made for it. Spent more time trying to put the band on then it’s worth. Will be returning for one that has a tool included.

As someone who liked to change watch bands frequently, I love the look of this. The black is sharp, but the band is a little long. May need adjustment. Might be best suited for bigger wrists.
