Berberine gluco gold is the best product on the market for helping to lower your blood sugar. My husband has been taking it for about 5 years and his numbers are staying in the normal range. He was able to stop taking metformin and that alone makes it worth every penny.

It's working
Ok, so I'm down 11 lbs in 6 weeks. I take twice a day with my meals. I'm eating less, very little snacking. The main response I get is that I feel very full after eating, sometimes uncomfortably so. And that's probably why I lose weight. I don't know about lab results, those come up in a couple months. But it's working and that's all I care about at this point
