Been using 3 months and it works great. Functional the same except for felt cushions. I find the absorb sweat better, but may not be as cool as gel. I will buy this again

This thing has lasted far longer and is more durable than any of the nuance pro and phillips garbage that I've bought over and over. This is the replacement you want. It works, it's durable, the straps don't stretch out over time. It's quality.

This product is pure junk and does not live up to what they promise, i.e. Nuance Pro frame replacement. It feels cheap at first touch. It has a bad fit and the swivel connection leaks all over your face when CPAP is running. I don't even want to give it a night's try. I need my sleep. This garbage is going back immediately.UPDATE: I sent this back through an Amazon desk at Whole Foods. After that I placed the above negative review. After this, the company is stating that they have not received the product and I will charge me for the cost. This is a pure scam company. This has never before happened to me when returning something through Amazon directly. Today they informed me they will charge my account for the product I sent back. I will be filing a police report. I will also contact Amazon to make sure this scam seller will not be doing any more business using Amazon.

I am getting a great night sleep with it. I wished I purchased it sooner. I will buy another one.
