Excellent quality. I used one for months (given to me by a physical therapist), which, after months of regular use (by me and who knows before that), finally snapped. This is what the PT folks use and works as expected. Couldn't be more pleased.

Love this brand. Their bands are strong so I don't worry about them breaking and snapping me, although I know it's possible but they never have. They're wide enough so easy to gripe and have consistent tension. Good thickness and their color chart helps select the appropriate resistance. My physical therapist recommended this brand and I'm glad she did.

Really helps with stiffness and arthritis in your shoulders. That’s what I use it for. Durable material. I’m sure there are other uses.

Good product

This is a blue therapy band, and it’s very stretchy. Not as stretchy as red and yellow, not as stretchy as green, but more stretchy than the black and gold bands you can use to do strengthening exercises. It will make you stronger than using green blue or yellow bands, but not as strong as using black or gold bands.

The Theraband tore in two places just one month after I purchased it.

一番弱いセラバンド。水泳で痛めた肩関節唇損傷をカバーするために、インナーマッスルの強化運動に使っています。半年ほどたったころから効果が実感できました。腕を挙上するたびに引っかかるような感じがあったのが解消しました。バタフライは出来ませんが、クロールならできるまでに回復しました。継続は力なりです。
