We were upset when every one of our Samsung knobs broke and were even more disheartened when the manufacturer charged 75 dollars per knob replacement. I found these on Amazon and was hesitant- couldn’t find any reviews specific to glass top ranges- but went ahead and took the chance….And I’m so glad I did!! These knobs are perfect for our range. Heavier duty than the original knobs- and match perfectly with the finish. Two dual-burner knobs and two single burner knobs. Fit perfectly and work well. Look great!

These knobs are very well built and a great price! Made of metal not plastic. We purchased a Samsung stove 2 years ago and so far 3 out of 4 knobs have cracked because they are made with cheap plastic! To replace my Samsung knobs with a Samsung replacement knob it was going to be $76.00 per knob. I called Samsung and told them the problems with the knobs and they said they could not help me because the warrenty has run out! I will never buy a cheaply made Samsung again. Long story short these knobs fit great on my electric Samsung stove.

If you should find yourself in the regrettable position of owning a Samsung NE63T8111SS (or similar) oven range, this range may have some knobs.These knobs may be made of injection-molded 'PC-ABS' plastic, which appears to be as heat-sensitive as plain ABS, such that within a couple of years of normal oven-ing they deform, crack and fall into bits (e.g. side-by-side photo, L)This product line, and specifically the DG94-03500-AV/AW (R of photo), of replacement knobs appears made of sterner stuff. While they may not be as affordable as knobs made of LEGO material, this is fine, because they fit perfectly; look better; are heavy and durable enough to break glass if thrown by a small child, probably; and will no doubt last far longer than Samsung's accursed sadistic practical-joke toy “oven range”.

If you own a Samsung oven or range and you are unhappy with the cheap plastic knobs, buy these!!! We didn’t realize how bad ours were until they broke, and two of them broke in one week. Holy cow! My wife and I were shocked at the better overall make and quality of these knobs. The rest of the reviews are correct. They fit, they work, and they look better than the original cheep plastic ones that come with the oven. The Samsung direct replacement part from the local big box home store were 3x as much and would have been 1/10 the quality. Do yourself the favor and buy these instead.

Knobs are a decent replacement for my Samsung stove whose crappy plastic knobs broke after a year and half. These are well priced compared to the $75 EACH Samsung wanted for their replacement knobs. These don’t pick on quite as far as the originals so are a bit high. But they do the job and look pretty decent.

Like many others, the knobs that came with the range were plastic and broke in less than a year. Manufacturers sold them but $250 for 4 knobs. Having found the Model and Part number ( the part # is actually imprinted in the knob), I looked on Amazon and found prices 1/4 of what Samsung asked.The first set I purchased, although distributors said it would fit, didn't fit appropriately. I had no control over the elements temperature as the numbers on the knobs and the element temperatures did not correlate. Playing guessing games with an electric stove is not like a gas one. I had a few meals under or over cooked.Frustrated I looked once again, this time taking the original broken one and trying to match up pictures. When I found these and read all that the distributor's details it not only mentioned the part number but the "AW" that was stamped inside, which I found in my old knob. This wasn't mentioned in my first set.I purchased them and not only are they constructed in solid material but they fit perfectly and the temperatures correlate with the numbers on the knob.I am so relieved to have found them.

Knobs are nice but I ordered the knobs and they are nice and fit the stems, but I was told that they were for the model number of my stove. My stove has dual burners and the knobs are not for dual only single burners ! I just turn the like they are the right knob, it makes it difficult to adjust the temperatures right !

Replaced the ORIGINAL Samsung stove knobs with these, as two of the cheaply-made original plastic knobs had cracked on the backside where they slide onto the stove. Replacement knobs are all metal with a reinforced, strong mounting plate. The Finnish on them is also very nice and has a nicer shiny/high quality Finnish, as compared to the original junk plastic ones. Stove knobs now work and the stove looks much nicer overall as well. Buy them!

Amazing product! Great price and amazing quality. On the left are the replacement knobs- you can see that they are made of metal, details and fonts on dials are bolder, crisp and bigger - waaaaay better quality than my original ( on the right) cheap plastic knobs that don’t hold up to heat or daily cleaning. The first knob on my new stove cracked and broke after 6months the second after just over a year. Excellent part. So glad I went on Amazon and bought 4 for the price of 1 (if I were to buy from Samsung parts supplier.) Function is perfect- easy to install and use, aesthetically they make my stove look so much better - the details count!

My Samsung Range is a good stove, but the knobs are horrible. Within a year, 3 out of the 4 knobs have cracked, making them useless. And like people have mentioned, the price of the OEM replacements are silly expensive. So glad I found these here on Amazon at a way better price! My Samsung Range model is NE63T8311SS/AA (Canada) and the OEM Knob is DG94-03500A/Z. As seen in the pictures, there are some differences, but the replacements fit and operate, better than the originals. You will appreciate the over engineering! I highly recommend purchasing from jiedie, an awesome Amazon Marketplace seller!

When one of the knobs cracked on our stove - I was so nervous reading all the bad press about their quality and the cost to replace from manufacturer. Purchased these to replace them all and amSo pleased I did. They arrived on 2 days, super easy to install and are like everyone says, better than the originals!

This product was exactly as advertised and arrived on time.It fit our 4 burner electric stove with expandable elements, perfectly. Has a nice finish that matches the handle on the oven door. It is metal - not the cheap plastic Samsung provided with the stove.Best of all, the price was great compared to Sansung original plastic replacement at $106.00 + Tax CAD.
