I can't fault the product design, it's beautiful brushed steel and the arms have the right amount of friction on them: they won't swing out of their own accord and it requires just the right amount of force to move them.But.....did the manufacturer actually QA the product? As in, try installing it themselves? Because as others have reported, its a right game trying to get the screw covers onto the screws. One of them went in fine, but the other, well let's just say after 40 minutes trying to get it to clip onto the body I gave up and used...Blu-Tack. Seriously?I'm not sure whether its because the holes for the screws are too close to the pivot, or the screw covers just don't fit the mounting properly. But I'd expect the manufacturer to have QAd this product, realised the problem and either moved the screw holes out by a few mm, or supplied better quality screw fittings.A beautiful product, spoiled by a bad implementation.

Hevier and sturdier than I thought it would be. I was not expecting too much for the price but I am very happy.Just what we needed. The only thing that let it down was the little screw 'caps' which go over the screw heads when fitted to make it more asthetically pleasing . When you screw the screw in tight enough to hold the towel rail secure, the inside part of the caps deform and then trying to put the cover over the screwhead is impossible partly due to the deformity of the other side and partly due to the fact that it is so close to the actual rail mechanisms that unless you have fingers like pincers you dont stand a chance.Still a nice looking rail though and should last a couple of years or more.

I bought this towel rail to replace on that kept dropping with the weight of a towel on it, and I hasten to add, quite a bit more expensive than this one. The previous rail relied n a grub screw to hold it firm on the base while this one being an oblong fitting, was solid against the wall. The arms rotate easily, and I constantly have a hand towel hanging on it for the wash basin. I put my bath sheet on it, folded in half, for convenience getting out of the shower. It is great for small bathrooms, very compact but sturdy, sits firmly on the wall and is strong and has a nice brushed finish. I would certainly buy again. Very pleased with this purchase and does the job well.

The item arrived on time and was well packed. It is of good quality and supports the weight of four towels without any sag. However; I was disappointed in that the specification was for an arm length of 39.1, the item received although of the correct product code, had an arm length of only 34cm. While of good quality and we have been able to make use of it: It is not to the specification expected or desired to support the width of folded bath towels.

Great product! Can fit full sized bath towels on it if you fold them in half vertically. My only gripe was the pathetic raw plugs and screws that were provided, but as with any product I buy - I always use my own as they are better quality and hold it in place much firmer.Really like the product and it allows you to dry towels a lot better than standard towel rails and looks awesome too!!

Needed one of these in black to fit in with style of bedroom.. perfect for my corsets!! Can also be used for trousers or towels..it’s sturdy and well made with 2 screw points one top one bottom so easy to install.. did not like paying so much for such a simple thing tho.. v overpriced.. but if you want that number of arms and in black you have no other items on here that are the same for less money sadly..

Looks great on our bathroom wall, we needed a multi towel rail to fit between the end of the bath and a tall cabinet; this was perfect. Hubby & I have a rail each, the other two rails for our two granddaughters bath towels.Seems really good quality, husband said easy to install on the wall. We like the fact it's very firm; with silicon like washers between the rails thus keeping them in place & not swinging randomly about like a similar one we had.Larger bath towels folded long ways will hang over the end; but this is not a problem for us. Granddaughters regular bath towels folded long ways fit pefectly on the rails.Very happy with purchase & service...

I searched for a sturdy three arm small towel rail for quite a while and either they were too long or too short. My maximum space was 32cm and although this is a weeny bit longer when fitted, we have placed the straight edge against a straight wall and therefore the slight overlap isn’t intrusive. Very easy to install. I now have a tidy kitchen with no oven gloves and tea towel draped over the door of the oven!The price was a little bit more than I wanted to pay, but it seems to be of a superior quality brushed stainless steel, so time will tell.
