Seven Ports Makes Managing My Desk a Lot Easier
Between my keyboard, mouse, external drives, charging cables, and other USB accessories, I can run out of available ports pretty quickly. This VIENON 7-in-1 hub gives me the extra connections I need without having cables plugged into every side of the computer. I especially like having a combination of USB-A and USB-C connections. I'm still using plenty of older USB-A devices, but more of my newer accessories are USB-C, so having both on the same hub is much more practical than buying separate adapters. The aluminum housing is another nice touch. It feels more substantial than the lightweight plastic hubs I've owned, and it looks good sitting with the rest of my computer equipment. Setup couldn't be much easier—plug it in and start connecting devices. The USB 3.0 connection also provides up to 5Gbps data transfer with compatible equipment, which is useful when I'm moving files instead of simply connecting a mouse or keyboard. Seven extra connections might sound like overkill until you look behind my desk. Around here, an empty USB port doesn't stay empty for very long.

Had two fail in less than a month.
This hub is good for charging that is it. I bought one it died in a little over 9 days. So I figured that can happen and returned for a replacement got the same hub it lasted 7 days. It just stops being recognized as a hub nothing attached to it gets recognized. It can still charge but that is all that it is worth. I do not recommend wasting your time on this purchase I have spent more in gas returning this item then it's worth.

Perfect Mix and Number of Ports
This is a godsend. I have an M1 MacBook Pro with only 2 usbC ports, but still need to use the old USBs - this has come in handy for me on several occasions. It is good value for the money and has the right amount of USB ports to make my laptop functional

Love The Port Variety, But One Does Not Work
For the most part this hub is great, but after a couple of weeks, one of the USB ports stopped working. I could have returned it, but the window has already closed and I never snagged it from my office to do so. It is very lightweight and plugs in easily. I just wished all ports worked. Because of this, I have not overloaded it.

Liked so much, bought second for work
Am in IT, so constantly unplugging my phone from charging when I need a USB. Not with this. USB and charging at same time using one laptop port is fantastic. Do not worry about how fast it charges as if in front of PC, going to be there a while

USB-3.0 won't allow plug to go all the way into the hub.
I finally installed the USB Hub but found some kind of problem with the USB 3.0 ports. The USB device plug won't go all the way into the hub? I'm not sure why, I tried USB 3.0 devices as well as some USB 2.0 and found they don't want to work most of the time. Some will work for a time, then disconnect without my doing anything. I really wanted to connect my external disk using them but for now I have them on a 2.0 hub.

It worked well but suddenly quit
It was ok as a temporary fix, especially for the $, but it just died in about a year and a half

Works as advertised but doesn’t power laptop
This works as advertised. It has one failing though. It will not pass power through to your laptop. They don’t claim that it does either. But bear that in mind. If you only have a single USB-C port on your device, it won’t power it.
