The mesh sticks to skin and clothes like plastic. This results in light scraping and sticking/friction against skin and more friction/damage to clothes than chairs with higher quality mesh when leaning back and forth.Even though mesh helps increase airflow, this quality material (similar to plastic) results in more heat and less breathability for the seating area when compared to other mesh chairs.If I spend this amount of money on a mesh chair, I expect the material of the mesh to be good, which for me is the selling point of the chair. Unfortunately, if you expect a high quality chair, with good quality mesh, this is not the chair for you.Update: ELABEST reached put and is actively working with me to find a solution for the issues I am having the chair. I am increasing my rating as I appreciate the company reaching out and looking to see what they can do to help me.

Really comfortable chair for ergonomic sitting, easy to put together with clear instructions. Like others have noted, the box is packed beautifully with everything nice and secure. I reached out to get the different wheels and they were sent promptly. Great for use on carpet. We liked the chair at our office so much, we bought another a week later. My only caveat, is if you like to sit in your chair a little differently (like cross-legged or with one leg up) a mesh chair is not for you as the frame does not lend itself for that kind of sitting.

Very impressed with this chair. I have back issues and most chairs will have my back burning within minutes but this one I can work in it all day and it’s very comfortable. Lots of adjustments for arm rest which is super useful. Overall solid design and looks really nice. The mesh like seat helps to keep you cool instead of a leather chair that gets super hot the longer you sit. The support is great and I would recommend this chair to anyone looking to sit comfortably for long hours

Incredibly comfortable. Adjustable arms and height. Perfect for office or crafting. This is the second chair of this exact chair that I bought for my parents. My mom loved the chair so much in their main house, that she asked for the same chair for her craft room. My dad does his finances and desk work using the chair and likes it as well. Wheels are ok, they don't glide on the thick plastic carpet mat very well. However, they don't move the chair around that much so it's really not an issue. The chair seems to hold up pretty well. They're both over pounds and no issues with the frame or structure. My dad has a bad back, and doesn't have any issues with the chair.

DO not buy this chair! This is the most uncomfortable desk chair we have ever owned! It is too tall for one thing, and I am only 5'5". My whole upper body gets achy when I sit in it just for a short period of time. Very hard seat, and I don't want to purchase a cushion, because that would make me taller in the chair even more so. Please listen to me and don't purchase! And my husband doesn't want to take it all apart and try to figure out how to get in back in the box. SO we just lost a bunch of money. I rated it 5 stars just because I don't think people read a lot of the 1 star reviews.

This is a wonderful desk chair. It has good airflow and is very comfortable. We bought the white version and love how well it fits in with our space. It’s generous in size and can be used by a large person. The height adjustment works well as does the lock adjustment. Castors roll smoothly. It’s a good quality chair at a decent price and I highly recommend it. I’m glad I bought it and so will you. I would buy another without hesitation if I needed another desk chair..

Thus far, this chair has been one of my better purchases of the new year. I just changed to a fully remote position and am now regularly spending 14 hours a day sitting and I am left pretty much pain free thanks to this seat!Putting the chair together was fairly simple so long as you can follow instructions! It only took me maybe 10 minutes to assemble it.Thus far, the team behind the chair has also been a great help as well! I needed to get the wheels swapped out for something a little quieter so that I don't wake up the house when I roll around and they've been helping me get them swapped to a rollerblade style wheel, which is super helpful.

I paid a lot more for a chair like this at work! The mesh back amd seat allow for good air circulation not to mention better durability. Most of my office chairs get worn out when the cheap pleather seat cracks, not a problem with this chair! It's fairly easy to put together and I love the red color.
