Fits my needs
I needed a bag to build my at home first aid kit that I also bring camping with me. I am satisfied with it, but didn’t realize how fast it would fill up. I’m thinking about sewing a small bag onto the back of the bag to act as another pocket. The holders on the inside of the top flap are very tiny and I wish they would have been made a little bigger. It will definitely work for what I need. The straps could have been better made. I don’t know how long they will hold up. Time will tell. I’d buy it again though.

Nice size trama/go/IFAK bag for vehicle. Not too big, not too small. Just right.
Had previously purchased a bag that was too large to keep in my vehicle. https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B008BTYWFG Also put together a small kit to keep in my wife's car, since she didn't want a large bag, so I went with a small bag. https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B0080Y21BY Both of the previous bags were either too big to keep in my vehicle or too small to hold everything I wanted to keep handy. With this "goldilocks" bag I am able to keep a large assortment of bandages and supplies easily accessible without taking up too much space. Even with the long list of supplies below, I still have a little bit of room for some more supplies. I like that the top cover has a velcro attachment as well as buckles. I normally keep the bag in the back of my car with the buckles undone for quick access to supplies. The shoulder strap is on the short side, but I do not see that as a disadvantage. Fully extending the strap, the bag sits just above my waist (I'm about 6 feet tall). I usually leave the strap about half way down and it sits just below my elbow. Either length allows you to keep the the bag easily under control while moving. At the half way position the bag is also easy to pickup and carry by the strap. Great Empty Medical Supply Bag for any Vehicle
I built a trauma kit to have in my car and I use this bag to store it all in. I wish this bag was just a little bit bigger, but that is a choice I made when making the purchase. It had 3 exterior pouches and one large main pouch that can be divided into 4 sections if you utilize the divider that comes with the bag. I chose the red color to signify it was a medical bag. It is of high quality and the right thickness to easily and conveniently carry around your medical equipment with you with ease. I couldn’t be happier with how inexpensive this was and how much I got from it in return.

Primcare KB-Ro74 Trauma Bag
I am extremely satisfied with this bag. When I received the bag I though it might be to small for all the things I wnat to add to a trauma kit. The side flaps comes in handy since I do have a lot of stuff in this bag. I was going to give a lower rating but after I was able to put all the item in the bag I will get it a (5). I would recommend this bag for anyone looking for a medimum size trauma bag. In time I will purchase another one so I can put together another kit. I do have this bag stuff and the flaps helps keeping my supplies in the bag. Below is a list of what I have in the bags. I did use zip lock bags for packing the many item in this bag. Versatile bag well made for the price
Nice bag, sturdy with pockets and dividers. Not quite professional grade, but then a lot less expensive than that. The reflector tape is a must have when working outside in the dark or bad weather. Size is such that you will probably want two if you actually intend to use them while doing volunteer search and rescue or firefighter support. One red, one purple (Wounds in red, and everything else in purple worked for me). Only complaint is that the top doesn't zip - which makes for easy access in a situation, but stuff could fall out of bag if you take tumble.

Disappointed!
I bought this bag to stock with medical supplies and carry inside my truck in the event that I needed first aid medical supplies when traveling. I thought this "trauma" medical bag would be of higher quality than what it turned out to be. The bag was manufactured in "China" according to a label sewn into the main compartment. There is a main compartment with two small side compartments and a compartment in the front of the bag. I do like the sewn on reflective strips around the bag. The bottom of the bag is somewhat flimsy with a two piece thin vinyl layer sewn on the bottom of the bag. However, there was a black "padded" insert included with the bag which "firmed up" the main compartment when I placed a first aid kit, diabetic kit and extra gauze with other supplies into the main compartment of the bag. This insert included another piece which allows you to separate the main compartment into three (3) separate smaller compartments if you desire. My primary first aid kit filled the entire length of the main compartment of the bag, so I couldn't use the Velcro separation insert that came with the trauma bag. I simply put it off to the side in the event that I needed it later on. The large flap that "closes" the bag has only one thin Velcro strip near the front of the flap for sealing items into the bag (main compartment and front compartment). If they (manufacturer) would have had several more Velcro strips sewn along the inside of the flap, it would have been more helpful sealing the bag and the contents, especially if the main and front compartments are not completely full. However, there are two (2) front snaps which do allow you to secure the front flap in place after filling and closing the bag. The "red" bag you see in the main compartment in the photo is my fist aid kit that I bought separate from the "Trauma Bag." Bottom line is this; if you want a higher quality (larger) professional trauma bag, spend a little more money. However, if you just need a bag to throw into the trunk of your car in the event of an "emergency" or occasional use, this bag may be right for you. I'll make it work for my needs.

Exactly what EMS units use
So, short story I was making a vehicle trauma kit and wanted a bag I could use. I picked up this one mostly due to price but also because of the reflective stripes. The build quality is actually quite good and the material is a nice nylon. Not super thick or heavy. There's a small amount of internal organizations with the padded dividers and a few loops tied into the flaps. Apart from that there isn't any other internal organization. No matter, I'm easily able to store multiple bandages and other medical emergency items plus some extras like my stethoscope, blood-pressure cuff and reflective vest. Unfortunately, I did have to grab the bag after witnessing a car accident in my neighborhood and I was able to easily grab the items I needed. As EMS showed up one of them came out of the ambulance with the exact same bag. Right now it's it's in the trunk of my car and goes with me everywhere. Durability seems to be quite good. Not a bad bag to pick up for the price. Don't be fooled by other EMS bags that cost hundreds of dollars. This bag will do the job for you. Five stars.

soddisfatta
