This is our go-to liquid fabric softener. Downy always delivers. The free and clear is perfect for those with allergies or sensitive skin. This fabric softener leaves are closed nice and soft, are sheets inviting, and we are itch free. Very effective. My colors are protected and it is anti-static and reduces wrinkles. There is no scent and it comes out as a semi thick liquid. The bottle arrived in great shape without any leakage.

I wash and dry a lot of towels and the softener sheets and scented sandalwood fabric softener I've been using just didn't improve the fluffiness of the towels. I would say my cotton towels were becoming "crispy" and when that happens they start to tear easily! Now mostly I've stayed away from headache inducing artificially scented fabric softener so I was pleasantly surprised to find this completely unscented free and clear type of softener by a reliable brand. I figured it looked economical and worth a try! Sometimes it is the small daily things that make a person happy and when I took my towels out of the dryer today they were back to their teddy bear snuggliness and softness. When I piled up a few towels and compared it to the pile of towels that were already on the shelf, the ones I used this fabric softener on looked larger in volume. So yes, they do look fluffier. Make your soft and cozy laundry dreams come true! I did and I'm very happy with the results! I'd say this experience was a 10/10 and I'll get another bottle of this softener because I'm going to be using it nearly every day I do laundry! The bottle did not leak because the lid fits on tight and the towels had no scent to them at all! You will love this fabric softener! I bought this because I needed a fragrance free option for sensitive skin at home. No other fabric softener makes clothes and towels as soft and special as Downy. And since fragrances give me a headache, the Free & Gentle is headache-free. But Proctor & Gamble products are always superior in my book.

Have never used a fabric softener. I really like it. It seems to reduce wrinkles and has no scent at all.

Came packaged nicely with no leaks at all. Exactly as described/pictured. Way cheaper priced than in stores too! Mine was also full to the tippy top so I’m definitely getting my moneys wort! Bottle is nice and thick too so it doesn’t bend inward when I pour it out in the wash. No scent or dyes so my allergies are thankful!
