Helped my children improve brushing
I used this to prove to my children that they weren't brushing their teeth well enough even though they looked and smelled clean. This became a fun activity showing either pink or blue dye on any plaque and has helped them to improve their brushing.

This works
I wanted to see how I was doing at cleaning my teeth. Especially with all the lockdowns I haven’t been able to see my dentist or hygienist I felt I needed to know how good my teeth were re hygiene. The tablets make two colours, blue for old scale and pink for new. I was pleased to find my hygiene was very good. Watch out you don’t get the stain on your clothes and don't be shocked by the colour of your tongue but don't worry it doesn’t last
