Can this be used on electronic expansion valves to open to flow nitrogen when brazing on the system?

No, I tried this on a Daikin EEV and it did not open the valve. Rotating a conventional magnet around the valve did open it. Former NATE certified HVAC mechanic

Will this work on the EEV's to open them when brazing on a system?

No, for EEV's it is best to use an EEV magnet to open/close those valves. There are tricks, but this type of magnet will not work for this purpose.
