I was previously buying Alert Mind (capsules) by Himalaya (which worked really good for me, and I would even recommend it), but doing the liquid is just so much easier. I take Wild & Organic: โข Gotu Kola โข Bacopa โข Ginko Biloba And a Rhodiola Rosea product by Totaria Health that is Loaded with Supplements! This Combination helps my Brain So Much! I can tell a big difference when I skip a day of taking this. Overall, Since Iโm taking this liquid instead of the other product, Iโm able to get higher mgโs of each supplement for the same annual cost! 1 of these wild & organic bottles lasts 5 months! 1 Tip: The serving size (0.7ml) is about 15 drops.
