Just buy NBK 20288 cheaper elsewhere
Received an NBK 20288 assembly, which can be had $60 cheaper right here on Amazon. The mostly non-descript listing is sneaky, thought I'd get a Payne or Packard or even Carrier/Bryant branded part based on other reviews. Anyways, it does work fine and fixed my issue of a vibrating draft inducer motor/fan. One note is the motor is 1.2A, whereas the original Bryant part was 0.75A. The plastic bushing standoffs for the 4 long screws that mount to the cabinet were very tight to go into this new fan shroud, ended up sanding them a bit and use WD40 to fit them in without as much fear of breaking plastic. Red RTV on the seal area to ensure no leaks. Motor connector was correct. Again, works fine but the listing should define exactly what you're getting, not just whatever aftermarket part comes off a shelf in inventory.

Just what I needed
Furnace would make a squealing sound when it was turning on did some research and found it was the inducer motor. Bought this because it matched what I have and the cost of a HVAC person to come out was nuts. This came in a few day's and only took about a half hour to exchange. Now the furnace is quiet and running well. Would purchase again. Good Luck

Worked for my needs and I would agree with a couple of "semi" negative reviews I read
First of all, it arrived quick and packaged well. The one reviewer that said they have a rubber mount installed wrong.. one of my rubber mounts were misaligned as well. I would say it happend when someone put in the box and not at assembly. The mounts slide into the package and I assume one was just moved out a place a bit. They are soft and I just pushed it back in place without even backing out the screw or anything. The other issue I had was the wiring for the 3 prong connector. Now this is a generic"ish" draft inducer and I'm putting in a 15 y.o. carrier furnace so I can't honestly say it was wrong but it wasn't right for my need. I say just check the wire colors with the male connector to your female connector. For me, black should line up with black and so on. Mine were reversed. Since this connector is "keyed" you can only slide it into the female side one way, I just did a quick fix to make it work. Basically I filed the square ends off a little and just turned it upside down and pushed it in. All the colors lined up. Turned the sucker on and watched the rotation of the fan. It was going the right way and that guy was so much quieter than the old one. Done. Can't say how long it will last, but it looks like good a quality replacement. For now I would recommend it. So there you have it, my $.02

perfect fit
Fixed my problem. Perfect aftermarket fit. Took way more time finding it online than it took to install. Install took about 20 minutes and some of that was spent looking for tools. Very easy. No directions are needed. I did add a little high temp gasket silicon to the seal, as it looked like there was some on the old one.

bought this for my bryant furnace
The unit came faster then expected, the guides from the old unit did not fit well, had to sand them and the wiring was backwards, but all that being said easy install and works great. Make sure you use a caulk at the entry to the furnace that is rated at 400 degrees. It would be nice to have a reference chart that tells you what furnace units cross match other part numbers, because this was not the exact part number but it did fit.

New Furnace Inducer Works Great
I ordered a new inducer, it came promptly. I found a professional video on YouTube that I watched. I was able to install it with very few issues (lining up the long screws again was the biggest problem. My furnace is now running quietly again. It is interesting that I just paid for the annual inspection of the furnace and A/C. I pointed out to the maintenance guy the noise in the furnace. He told me what he thought was doing it. After he left I checked it out and determined it was not what he thought but was something amiss in the inducer. I then ordered the new Draft Inducer, replaced the old one and the furnace runs as good as new again.

Great value!
Worked perfectly. I did have to rewire the plug, it was reversed from mine. I read reviews elsewhere that this is common with these. Check plug before install. Only took under 40 minutes to install start to finish.
