Are these slippers for women true to size?

We strive for standard sizing with our slippers. However due to brand variations, we suggest following our sizing chart in the product photos. Note: A snug initial fit is advised since they'll stretch with use.

Are these Foothugs ladies slippers comfortable for daily use, even if they seem a bit hard?

Many of our customers find them comfortable especially after a few days. However, if you're accustomed to ultra-soft slippers, it might take a bit longer to get used to them. They may not be the best choice if you strictly prefer softer slippers.

Are these women's slippers considered medical orthopedics?

Our slippers are designed to support foot health, prevent foot conditions, and help with ailments like plantar fasciitis. However, they aren't medical-grade. For advanced foot concerns, consult a podiatrist or seek specialized orthopedic footwear.

Are these slippers washable?

While machine washing isn't recommended, caring for them is easy. Brush the exterior with a suede brush and treat stains with a suede eraser or cleaner. Additionally, for the inside, use a cleaning agent designed for leather to clean and refresh.
