So my son is thin and most bats are a bit too heavy for him. Once we got to coach pitch, I noticed he was always hitting late on the pitch. I started researching looking for the lightest bats and this one came up as a good option. Well, it definitely was light. But the thought was, would his already limited power suffer? Nope, my 7 year got his first HR after we bought this bat. It has so much power and pop, even the other parents asked us what we did differently.This bat was a huge confidence builder for my son. I recommend it highly. It's definitely worth it!

Nice bat, decent pop. The Easton speed comp has more pop however. I’d spend a little extra and buy the speed comp. Also these reviews about broken bars, many of them probably don’t take the time to properly break in the bat, then blame the product.

Hard to beat the specs and price on this bat for coach pitch players.

If you’re like me, you were looking for a light bat for your 6U kid. I was hesitant to buy based on the price, but it was the only 26” -13 bat I could find. Well, that’s because it’s not -13 and we’re all getting duped. This is at best a -12 bat. Sure it’s only 1.5oz off (roughly) but that makes a huge difference for kids this age. I honestly wish I could return it. Stick to t-ball bats if you want a true -13 bat.

This is a very well constructed bat. It's fully within official specifications and it works like a champ. I see no flaws or errors in construction or finishing. Definitely Recommended.
