Bonsenkitchen Compact Toaster 2 Slice with Reheat/Cancel/Defrost Functions, 750 Watt 7 Toasting Setting Small Toasters

We purchased this toaster for our RV and it is PERFECT. It is the smallest one we could find and takes up very little space. It is attractive, has simple clean lines and does the job. Plenty of heat and more importantly, toasts EVENLY! Just be aware that since it is so small, you will have to cut the larger pieces of bread in half (think Pepperidge Farms Sourdough). Great value for the money and perfect for RV-ers.

Initially I purchased for our camper because it’s perfect in size. It warms and toasts well, no issues thus far. Great for the price!Then I purchased one for my house. We have a toaster already, but I needed one because I have celiacs disease and can not use the one the rest of my family uses. It’s compact for my separate counter area and again, works well.The first one I purchased for $15 and the second on was for around $21

For my RV. I feed my addiction to avocado toast and I pay between $8-$12 for one slice of bread and a 1/2 avocado on it at a restaurant. Being a minimalist, I couldn’t justify this. I searched for a small compact, quality toaster that would accommodate my solar input/output and found it. It uses a fair amount of watts and amps (800 watts) but only for a very short period of time. Happy Camper. One star from five: The cord is very short.

Am giving the seller a 5 star for been professional and very helpful when my toaster broke. Here is my first comment on the problem I had with the toaster: (It only toast one side of the bread then when it pops out I had to switch the slices so it can toast the other side. I don't know if that the way it works or is a defect.) In less that a year this is what happen. Then they wrote me back and to make a long story short, they replaced the toaster and is working the way it suppose to work, I guess the first toaster had a defect in manufacturing (is a Chinese product) Thank you seller for your help.

I don't have as much counter space as I had in other homes. I wanted a toaster, but hated to give up space. I found this one and decided to give it a try. I received it yesterday and already used it twice. Yesterday I used it for regular bread toast and this morning I toasted a bagel. It works so well, I am pleasantly surprised! I did the toast on #2 setting and for the bagel I kicked it to #3. It is light, when you pick up the box it comes in you might wonder if the box is empty LOL! If you have to make toast for a crowd it isn't the best choice, but for one of two people it is the right choice!

The toaster is very compact and visually pleasant. The cord is very short so I wasn’t able to put it where I originally wanted to. It’s also very lightweight so it tends to slide backwards when you put it on. I didn’t realize the slots were narrower than my previous toaster. I now have to toast items in the convection oven that don’t fit. It works good if you only want to toast English muffins and standard size bread.

We don't eat much bread, but wanted a small, lightweight toaster for guests and our own occasional use. This toaster is perfect for our needs. Love the price, size, weight (super easy to get out and put away), and functionality. It's a very basic model, but toasts bread evenly on both sides every time.

I ordered this product on 12/18/20. It was delivered the next day. I was excited to use it in my office. It never worked. The mechanism/lever used to hold the bread product down for toasting was defective.I elected to contact the company first to allow them to rectify the situation and provide me a replacement. The first contact was by phone. I was asked to send a copy of the purchase receipt by email. I complied. After no response over the subsequent days, I emailed them back. They told me to send a PDF copy! I complied. They told me to expect a FEDEX tracking # once the new toaster was mailed. 2 weeks passed and no follow up! I emailed them back and they told me the same story. 2 more weeks passed. I emailed them again and have had no response whatsoever.I finally contacted Amazon Customer service. They were very helpful in arranging for me to return the defective item and getting a refund.This seller Bosenkitchen provided horrible customer service. I have purchased items from many companies over the past 20 yrs. This was the poorest customer service provided by any.
