I discovered if you wear them with the pointy ends facing front & back, they stay in place nicely! LOVE them now! Doesn't stay in place well, at least not on my narrow shoulders. Nice shape when Does stay in place, the first time I tried them, I used them just alone. And they were constantly shifting around. the next time I used body adhesive underneath . that worked better, but with constant movement of shoulders it eventually works loose and I was always Checking to see if they were still in place. My next effort will be with double-sided tape, but i'm not sure that will be an improvement over the body adhesive for the same reasons. If that problem can be solved, these will be the absolute bomb!

I am so glad I bought these. They give you a nice shoulder lift to make my body look better proportioned and they don’t move. I have worn these all day and even slept in them one night.

I had so much hope for this product but does not stay in place. And I use shoulder pads at work for years…. And I wanted this to be “invisible “. I’m stuck in the 80s

These shoulder pads are awesome! They are nearly invisible and don’t slip. I’m able to wear them with just about everything — very natural looking. Great product!!!

These little shoulder pads are a great idea. However, they do not stay in place and end up sliding around on your upper body. I would not recommend them.

Love it. Looks good and makes nice shape. After using it for few days days, the glue loses a little bit of power, and it is not so easy to keep it in the right place

I have used traditional shoulder pads forever. These pads are great. Very nice shape and comfortable. I will definitely buy more. Highly recommend.
