decent and cheap
I bought these to have some cove bits to cut channels in a chalk tray on a chalkboard I made from some recycled redwood. They cut clean consistent channels and the project came out great. I only did the 2 channel cuts on the one board so far so I cannot speak to longevity, but they have worked great so far.

OK router bit set
This 7 piece Helovmine 1/4 Inch Shank Roundover Router Bit Set comes in thin plastic containers that seem to be one use and not for long term use. Each bit is individually wrapped - some in a little ziplock bag, others in bubble wrap sleeves.I noticed the bearing thickness varies, depending on the particular bit size (see comparison photo). I tried a small and large bit on a piece of old pine board. They did a decent job of smooth cutting and didn't burn the wood while holding it in one spot. Next I mounted each one in my router and held the bearing while running the router. They seemed to have more vibration than I was normally used to, so I removed the bearing on a few of them and used a dial indicator on a magnetic base to see if they were out of round. They were running .010" to .012" out. That was double what my other bits tested at. It doesn't seem to affect the cut, but I would be concerned about how that affects the bearing life.In summary, as an occasional user of my router, these will suit me well. For the person who routs on a frequent basis, I hope this information helps you decide.

good value
Came in a cardboard box with 4 individual, labeled plastic boxes to protect the blades. Not the greatest storage, but good for shipping and ok for occasional use.The 3 cutters themselves are fine - I don't see any issues with them: carbide blades are sharp, no chips, all the bearing work well. All in all, these are a good value for the set.

Sharp And Balanced - Nice Value
I used a lot of roundover bits and often on pressure treated wood, which can be tough on them. These seem like good quality roundover bits... nicely balanced and sharp. I used the largest bit on a piece of PT pine this afternoon and the result was as good as other brands of bits I have used. For seven bits, this is very fairly priced.
