These electrolytes work great! Since taking them I have had no issues with dizziness from losing electrolytes from sweating in the heat. I take them every summer. Less expensive than Gatorade.

The coating on these makes them difficult to swallow. It is almost grainy and not smooth. I've been taking electrolyte supplements for many years and have never had an issue. The size of the pill is nice and not too large. You do have to take two. As far as how they make me feel? They're fine but nothing special. I'll finish them up but won't reorder.

I have been taking these for 2 weeks now and they have REALLY HELPED with my cramping muscles that I get in my rib cage area, my back, my calves, my hips, my feet, and ankles that last for a few minutes. I have only had 3 cramps in the past 2 weeks in my feet compared to getting them every few hours a day and night all over. I take 2 in the morning. I highly recommend these if you have cramping in any of these areas. I got these for the cramping because of the salt, magnesium and potassium that it has in it.
