Easy to use and clean
I suffer from recurrent sinusitis and nasal polyps. I've used several different sinus rinse products over the years and this is equalled only by the Neilmed bottle. This product is easy to use, it simply clips onto a standard 500 ml water/drinks bottle, dissolve the sachet in warm water and thats it. It's easy to clean in soapy water and sterilise in water in the microwave. It looks well made and to be durable.

Good For Sinusitus
I suffer from long term sinusitis and have had many visits to the doctors to try and cure it to no avail. Tried all the usual medications and even had an MRI scan. Still have it in my right hand nasal cavity. But, what I've found is that using a nasal shower - OMRON - type I have brought it under control - I think. But for travel purposes this is not always easy to take around so this is the next best thing. The idea is that you get a 500ml bottle - and old coke one will do - clean it and using pre-boiled water that's been cooled to body temperature, you add one sachet of this salt which makes a saline solution similar to that found in the human membranes in the nose. And with one sachet this is just right. The blurb says you can use two which is supposed to be closer but honestly its not. It's much too saline and 'burns.' Just stick to the one sachet. You then fix the rubber angled valve on the bottle which is a simple push fit and then over the sink wash out your sinuses. And it does work. Over a few days my sinusitis has reduced considerably. What I would say though is that buy the machine for the job and use this when you travel. I still use the sachets when making up a mix for the OMRON nasal shower as its perfect for rinsing and keep the rubber valve that comes with this package for use when you don't have power or are away from home.Overall, if you are a sinusitis sufferer then this is worth a punt. Probably good if you are suffering from a cold too.

Clears nasal mucus
Been using these for months now and can attest that they work great for clearing nasal mucus. I've struggled with chronic sinusitis and flushing the sinuses has brought great relief in dealing with the symptoms. However, this is the first product I've tried that does the job well. Unlike Capster, I've found that most pre-bottled salt water that comes in a spray can, can not be delivered at a suitable quantity or velocity to do the job.

Love it!
Awesome rinsing device and super easy to use. I can regulate the pressure however I want and the volume is sufficient as I connect it to a regular 500ml plastic bottle. Also the device is from silicone so I can sterilize it in boiling water. So far 0 damage to the device.

Easy to use, good for allergies
It’s super against allergies. Using it felt a bit weird the first few times but now I kinda like it and I think the large volume rinses out the allergens so I feel much better. I squeeze it with small pumping movements to create a pulsating flow that helps even more.

A lot of product waste
Most irrigation systems are 250ml. I understand that as it's designed to fit a 500ml bottle, enough product in the sachet is for that volume of water. However, the amount of powder could be halved and customers advised to fill the 500ml bottle halfway only. 500ml of irrigation is way too much.
