Does what it claims
Having had problems in the past with stained grout on an old tiled kitchen floor & trying to repair the damage, I thought I would try this product on our new kitchen floor. Very easy to apply BUT you have to make sure you follow the intructions about buffing off excess after 5 mins - I tested first on a spare tile & if you leave it too long you end up with a very sticky film to try to remove. Once dried & cured, you can't see any difference until you drop water on the floor - instant beading & no absorbtion into the grout or tiles - bodes well for the future!Time consuming to apply but will save you hours of fun in the future grinding out old stained grout. Too early to test the wearing properties on the tile but as it seems to penetrate quite well, it should be OK
