Perfect size for my needs
I was looking for a trolley where I can stash my laptop upright so it's easy to take it out without laying the trolley flat. This is perfect and my 14' laptop just about fits I'm the sleeve provided. There is enough space behind for notebooks/charger and even a lunchbox. There are pockets available for pens, mouse etc. It is quite small for a travel trolley though, just enough for 1 day clothes. Will fit easily in plane cabin storage.

Love it (so far)!
Review Part 1: This is a great size for hand luggage. I don’t think I’ll ever go back to the “normal” size for hand luggage suitcases as this smaller one can take everything. It looks great too and the wheels work without any issue. I’ll write the rest of my review once I’m back from my summer travels in August.

No problem with handle
I took a chance and purchased this small carryon, even though some reviewers said they had problems. Mine works fine, smooth function and no slipping. Tablet laptop section also good for documents . Enough room for extra shoes or sandals and enough casual clothes for 2 days at least, but not enough for puffy jackets. Outer compartments are roomy enough. Side port for usb is convenient and you supply the power inside the suitcase. This bag fits easily into overhead compartments. If you need to transport cpap, the case fits in the bag snuggly, not much extra room. I like this because the cpap is just a heavy shoulder bag to juggle. The back has the kind of strap to slide over another bag handle.I did purchase a “used “ bag and saved about $20. It came in the original box with all tags intact and no flaws. I’m over 70 so it was easier to manage on the plane. On some planes, it may be too wide to fit under an aisle seat, some of the set ups are narrow on the aisle. Very happy with the purchase.

FITS UNDER SEAT ON DELTA AND AMERICAN AIRLINES!!
This carry-on is the perfect size for my needs. I wanted something that could fit in the under-seat storage area on my flights, because the overhead storage often gets filled up on crowded flights. This fits EXACTLY in the space with a little room to spare. (In the photos I have my Tomtoc laptop bag squeezed in next to it.)Bear in mind that under-seat storage size varies, depending on the plane, the airline, etc. Many European and Asian airlines have smaller under-seat storage areas, and also seats on the aisle or window seats also have smaller areas, so check the sizes online for the flights you take most often. For me, I fly American Airlines, and this fits the requirements for “personal item” and under-seat storage. The photos are taken on an American Airlines Airbus A321 plane, middle seat on the 8th row.As for the quality of the bag, it’s very good for the price. Materials, wheels, zippers, all good. The only weak point is that the extending handle feels flimsy and wiggle around a lot—but I don’t dock points because it should be fine unless you are really rough with it. For the price of this item, I don’t expect rock-solid titanium build.I haven’t found other options in this size, with 4 wheels, with decent quality and price. All the other options either look terrible, or have only 2 wheels, or are really pricey. Will update this review if there are problems, but so far, so good. 10/10 would buy again.

Fits nicely under seat
Purchased bag because I could not use a backpack because of shoulder a issue. Used the bag once.Pro fits under seat. Good amount of storage room and pockets for organization. Rolls well.Con the telescoping handle sometimes does not lock into place. It also sticks when trying to push it back down.Depending on airline and seat choice the bag may just fit between the seats when sliding it under the seat. When I placed the bag on to my larger suitcase it did not allow me to use the larger suitcase’s telescoping handle because the bag was taller than the handle (may not be an issues for others)Overall the bag works but the telescoping handle is a concern.

Sooooo IMPRESSED!
Wow! What a great design. I have a carry-on suitcase with a similar design, and absolutely love it, too! I guess the latest in luggage innovations is "floating pockets". Storage space that is suspended above the other items, but doesn't take up any cavity space. My Surface Pro X fits exactly in the larger "over-pocket", even with the detachable keyboard and inside my padded sleeve. Just stays there all comfy and secure. I love this little bag. I have a travel mouse, which takes up 3/4" vertical spacehttps://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07H8YD8QH/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o08_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 that is also perfect for the smaller pocket, with room to spare for my charger cords and earbuds. The outside triple pockets are great for my phone, neck wallet, and whatever else I want handy to grab. It's a short cord connection over from that small front zippered pocket to the external charger, too. Use your own external power bank inside. I'm just leaving one in there and recharging it between trips. Then, I have a bunch more space to pack toiletries and a change of clothes inside the cavity. It's truly amazing what will fit into this slim little roller bag. Speaking of rollers: that's the reason I switched to this one. It has spinner wheels instead of inline wheels. Makes a HUGE difference moving it around, especially if it's packed a little heavy. I had to switch from my inline wheeled one because is was awkward to move around, and it almost tripped me twice!! This little beauty almost dances along next to me!You look at this when you take it out of the box and think, "Hmmm, not too much can go in that". I was so very, very wrong.I read a previous review that said it was too large for under a Southwest aisle seat, and it might be a squidge too long, so your feet must be kept directly below your knees. I put my under-the-seat bag up in the bin if I have an aisle seat, anyway. One feature I love, also, is the strap across the back. This makes stacking it on a larger suitcase with the strap over the suitcase handle an easy job for moving the little "baggage tower" along.Kudos to whomever design this little dream of a carry-on.

Pretty good bag but. . . . . .
Purchased this bag to do lats of traveling with. After about 2 or 3 trips, the wheels are sticker and the bag wants to go off by itself, like an unruly child. The bag is smaller than I’d like, but it does fit under most of the airline seats. It appears to be well made, but I’ve only had it 2 months. I like it, but the wheels grabbing are driving me nuts. And it’s too late to rupture it!!
