True to the promises made by the seller, these shelves are indeed durable and a breeze to install.While some sellers offer various sizes, I opted for this set without checking the dimensions, and I found them to be of a medium size. Surprisingly, this turned out to be a pleasant surprise, as it allows for a versatile arrangement of books. The slight extra space accommodates stacking books of various sizes, from larger to smaller, offering a visually appealing display.Having spotted these floating shelves on Instagram, I simply couldn't resist, and I'm glad I didn't. I have a small surround sound system for my PC (mostly for use with my DAWs), and needed to free up desk space. My speakers take up quite a lot of room, so these shelves are ideal for me.Very easy to install, and hold the speakers very well - no signs of wobbling/bending. I applied some sticky rubber feet to the bottom of the speakers to keep them held securely to the shelves, and have no rattling from the bass.I had two spare, so I've decided to use these outside to hold a few plants, and it works great on my shed wall.Great simple design, and feels very solid.

If you enjoy books - the physical variety made of paper that is, you'll know the pleasure of having stacks of them to hand. If they're conveniently within reach they are mush more likely to be read. That's why I like these floating shelves, and I have them strategically positioned around the house.They come supplied with screws and are best attached to a masonry wall, or solid wood. I wouldn't want to attache them to plasterboard unless there was a continuous stud behind it. Plasterboard alone would risk the shelves being pulled off the wall by the weight of the books.I'm enjoying having spaces to keep extra books, and its fun rotating the titles. If you want to encourage your kids to read, a fresh supply on a shelf like this might be the spur they need.

Basically these are folded metal quite expensive but it’s what my daughter wanted can be tricky to put up level! With a book on it looks like they float!
