Good dough mixer, used several times a week.

The stainless steel dough paddle fit our tilt mixer perfectly. Does the mixing of flour and dough just right. Very pleased.

Arrived promptly. New. stainless steel. Priced better than used plastic one on e-bay.

The OEM dough hook that came with the machine that my grandfather bought decades ago that I have inherited was getting pretty old. The paint was chipping off and I personally didn't like the hook style anyway so I replaced it with this "pigtail" style hook and it works and looks much better. It's bigger than I was expecting but that's a good thing. That means it can handle bigger balls of dough. The flared lip at the end does a great job mixing the flour and water until the hook can pick the dough up and do the rest. The the micro weld on the collar at the top is top notch, which I have attached a picture of. I was half expecting cheap tack welds so this was a nice touch. I'm very impressed with the quality of this part. It feels solid, has a good weight to it, its dishwasher safe, and it seems like it will last a long time. I recommend it to anyone looking to replace their dough hook

Love that this doesn’t chip like the one that came with my mixer.

The last one I ordered from a different vendor stated that it would fit in a 4.5qt bowl, but it didn’t. It was too wide, scraped the sides :( this one though, doesn’t do that until speed 5/10, with it being minor. As I won’t be making dough higher than speed 4, I feel like it’s fine for the price

I have been looking for a bread hook for a couple of years. Kitchen Aid did not have them in stock. I have been researching a good bread hook. The hook with coating (from reviews) tends to peel and not a durable as stainless steel. I am glad I was able to find one I liked. It works well with making bread. I am quite happy with it. I suppose the only drawback is it does extend to the bottom of the bowl. I am ok with that

It appears to be the same size as the original dough mixer which came with the unit. However, it sits lower in the bowl and hits the sides and bottom of the bowl as it stirs.

Es ist richtig, der Teig steigt nicht mehr nach oben so dass die Maschine voller Teig ist und man mühsam alles sauber machen muss.
