How to fix the pen which is not working
The pen worked good in the beginning. Now it doesn’t work . How to reach to costumer care?

The pen had a mind of its own and would read the text ahead of placing the pen on the words. It did not seem to want to read the Surah that it was placed over nor did the pen stop when we stopped - it continued to the next line.
