This dress was the cutest! It has a stretchy top part for toddlers who are a little bigger or in between sizes, and it’s very soft. Because it’s stretchy it fit my daughter perfectly! The material is very durable and the skirt doesn’t feel cheap or plastic like. This dress was a great value for the money spent. Every little girl needs one!
