Marberry Corner Cascade Planter 196L

Have two of these that are now five years old. No problems, only maintenance I have done is stain the wood, which I have done once. No cracks or warping of wood. Internal liner has not deteriorated. Once full very heavy to move, so put in correct place before planting.

Product delivered with several screws either broken off or missing completely meaning a number of the wooden panels were loose. Utterly abysmal quality control given the price and the item looks like it has been sitting for years for the screws to have rusted the way they have. AVOID!!!

Looks ok but one of the legs was broken on arrival. Returrned for reorder which is a pain as all it needed was a replacement leg. Amazon fat fingered the return process so overall very poor experience. Difficult to contact the seller direct and had to go through Amazon call centre

really pretty - but the top container is very small and i have probably planted something unsuitable in it ( a fuschia I was hoping was going to grow up). If you put trellis behind it would really suit a sweet pea. but you can get a lovely cascade effect with trailing plants.

Come ready assembled and lined. Well made. I contacted the company re drainage holes and they replied very promptly - "Not necessary"

Nice planter, looks great, but I didn't expect to have to repair it as soon as it arrived. No less than eight of the fixing screws that hold it together had sheared off, apparently because somebody had been too heavy handed with the electric screwdriver. The liner had been stapled in by an autistic four year old.Nothing that I couldn't fix with my trusty Black and Decker, but at these prices it shouldn't be happening. :-(

These planters look as good as the photographs. They are robust and well made. Note that - they are well made. You don't have to do it yourself! These are cheaper than many of the wooden planters that turn up (unexpectedly) as kits. They are also raised on feet which aids drainage and helps prevent rot.A good buy.

This is much larger than I anticipated. Beautiful quality and delivered 2 days after ordering.

Attractive planters; however the cedar was cracked in several areas on the large one. Spent more time repairing than planting. Being modular is a nice feature. Look good and functional but a lot of work to fix especially for the price. We’ll see how they hold up to the northern Ontario winter.

The media could not be loaded. The product looks nice, but it was missing the waterproof liner (we needed to buy one). The finishing is terrible - I will need to fix the pre-assembling parts (you can see in the picture and video). Finally, we tried to contact the seller (Amazon itself!) with no response.

I purchased 2 boxes. Excellent quality. Mang good comments from my friends.

So I know it's expensive but picture looks beautiful and seems to be well made......WRONG. The screws that hold two pieces of wood at corners were all rusted and breaking off to let wood come loose and fall apart. I had to use my screws to reattach every corner. Couple of corner hinges are rusting and they may also need replacing in future. The liner is a very cheap flimsy piece of fabric that I can see rotting in a few months. For the price this is a huge rip off.....heck for twenty dollars this would be a rip off. You really need to steer clear of this planter. Oh and by the way...the measurements they list are all wrong as this planter is more than six inches off width and depth than listed. By the way....The wood is not treated nor is it anything other than soft pine. Frankly you should avoid this planter and the disappointment that will come with it!!!!
