This is just what my physical therapist told me to use for those neck back and shoulder knots. I can apply my own pressure and get the relief. I need great product.

For what I paid and what it does, excellent value
Can't fault it. Performs similar to the $25-$30 ones I've seen and used. Can't tell one is better since they're all just some strong plastic.

Nice but Could be better
I really do think this product is decent. It does what it needs to and has lots of different variations. My only complaint is that it just bends easily. For Some knots on my back I have to push on them VERY hard to try and feel any relief. And after I push too hard, it starts to bend. Other than that, great product.

Deep Tissue Massage
I really like this massager. I am runner and have been plagued by lingering injuries. This tool can get to muscles I can’t reach and/or get deep into the tissue with the nodes of different sizes and shapes. I am really glad I purchased this and use nightly and post runs to work out some of the tight muscle areas- great for reaching hamstring area, back muscles, etc!
