I'm happy with the quality but the instructions were not easy to follow because the images were very bad and blurry, not detailed. I had to find out on my own from other sources. Plus as I extend it I keep slipping out of the padded Loop regardless how tight I make it. How can I use it for the recommended minimum of 30 minutes per day if it doesn't stay in?
