Shipping was lightning fast and the game components are high quality.In this game, players are working to build the best flying machine (represented by a deck of cards). When you make a flight, you try to get high distance cards without hitting a Design Flaw card. Too many Design Flaws and you might crash!The game has some Action Selection mechanics for deck building, which is fun. Great game for game nights and families!

This is a fantastic game that works well with all player counts. The theme is perfect for a press your luck type of game because that is just what these aviators were doing in the early days of flight. My family and I have played this several times now and I love how the different strategies can lead to victory whether you are conservative or daring or somewhere in the middle. All have won in the First in Flight games we have played. The components are well made with additional card trays that help keep the different types of cards identifiable and accessible. I would highly recommend this game even for ages 10 and up.

Arrived quickly and packaged well. You are trying to have the longest flight as you go around the board. Card drafting game is fairly easy to learn and enjoy. The artwork is lovely and the theme carries through.
