Q: I don't see my nemisis, those pesky wabbits??

If something moving in line of sight for approximately 25 feet it will emit its sound. We have had no rabbits around that area.

Q: I see that there might be four settings? Can you pls tell me how to use the settings? I just see one on off button.

I followed the instructions in the enclosed leaflet. Mine only has 2 settings that I know of. Press and hold for 3 seconds to get the first very noisy setting. Press and hold again for the ultrasonic setting ( the activation tone still drove my neighbor crazy as it activated for every passing vehicle) I hope to dissuade the neighborhood dogs from using my yard as a bathroom.

Q: Is this supposed to come with a USB charging cable?

no, I had a cable that worked. Would not charge in the sun. Not enough information in operating instructions, i.e., how long does a charge last, no indicator to show how much of a charge is left to begin charging process. I bought this to discourage deer, but they just walked around the device while the sound emitted from the decice. Device needs a stronger alarm.
