Initial review before use, I like to read specifics of what's in them. This doesn't fit that at all. "Contains melatonin," and "calming herbal remedies." That's it. But I will give them a try and add more later.

Did not stay on👎
This product would not stay on, no matter where I placed it. 😐 I tried different patches over several nights and they never stayed on. I've used another brand of sleep patches before and those were perfect. This brand is a waste of money. The size is quite large in comparison to the other brand and I think that contributes to it coming off. On the up side, the product is easy to use; just stick it on clean dry skin, and the product is very thin. I do not recommend this product at all.👎
