I was excited about this when I bought it, being that you could wirelessly charge your device and would not need to carry around a spare cable. Aesthetically, the device looks great! It has a nice indicator display to tell you how much battery is remaining, and the white and chrome trimming looks sleek. The two key issues that I have with this device are: 1) The battery life does not seem like it lasts very long while charging and 2) (BIG ISSUE) - one of the nice aesthetic pieces (the digital battery life display) comes with a side effect - the device gets EXTREMELY HOT near the display, which if you wirelessly charge with your phone with the charge pack, actually causes your phone to throw an error that Charging has stopped because your phone's temperature is too hot. If you do decide to chance it, please charge your device perpendicularly (sideways) so that it does not overlap the display screen and be prepared for an accidental burn here and there if you've been charging for awhile.

What I noticed on this product is that it does not provide a complete charge to my Iphone X. I have hardly used it, and the powerpack started bloating in the middle. I no longer can place the phone on top of it to use the Qi wireless charging, and the phone keeps sliding off.

I ordered two wireless chargers from other brands before, they are flat design. You have to place the phone right on the exact center to enable the charging. This charger is much better on the phone location. I can put my phone vertically or horizontally and it doesn't need to be on the center of the phone.

Nice not to have to take cords with you! Just put your phone on top of the charger and your phone will beep like it does when it charges with a cord. You can still use your phone while it's on the charger too. Has come in handy when I've been on-call at the hospital and I've left my cord in my car.

after a year of use :-( battery expands in unit and gets very hot, glad i caught this before it burns my house down
