Great product, easy to use.

This is a good washing machine for a nuclear family at this price range .It washes the clothes properly and also has anti bacterial and stain removal wash cycles which uses hot water and comes in handy sometimes. I have been using this washing machine for past few months and the machine does not make much noise and is very good. Also recommend to not buy a stand because that actually add to noise during the Dry cycle. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because the automatic/manual water sometimes does not work well like it chooses based on what parameters not sure. Also if in btwn power goes off the your washing was on soak mode if switched on again say post an hour it still starts from the soak mode-the solution fr this is we need to manually select wash cycle and then rinse nd dry.

Worst product i would ever bought. In a year it got many issues, finally they asked us to take to service center. Its been 40days we submitted our machine in service center, they are not attending the calls and customer care is not even reacting. We asked for escalations and mailed to many employees no one cares. I dont ever recommend this to anyone. If there is an issue then they need to handle that. Without best service centers why even this products are selling in market?

Product quality is good , and I'm satisfied but when I purchased it I did not get dispenser and inlet water hose pipe. So the amazon service is not good.

Just FYI for everyone - When whirlpool guy comes to your house for installation and demo they will Push you for Hard water wash filter + water Pipe as mandatory costing of Rs 3500 extra . So beware For those Rs 3500 I am rating 3 star . Whirlpool should provide the hard water wash filter + water pipe which is basic thing
