Why is there no audio output from the HDMI port?

1. Confirm the monitor can output sound. 2. Set the external display as the audio output device. 3. Ensure the HDMI cable is in good condition. 4. If steps 1-3 are correct, re-plug the device to check for poor contact.

The video format is 4K@60Hz, but why does my computer video format not meet the advertised parameters?

Please check if your computer supports DP1.4 If it is DP1.4, the video format is 4K@60Hz (maximum). If it doesn’t support DP1.4, the video format cannot reach 4k@60Hz.

A connected device does not work, or the laptop shuts down suddenly.

Please connect a PD charger as the connected device consumes too much power.

When you connect a wireless mouse or keyboard, it may not work properly.

Use a USB 2.0 extension cable between the hub and receiver to avoid interference from USB 3.0 ports, which can disrupt 2.4GHz wireless devices like mice, keyboards, and Bluetooth.
