Works well
I bought this product to supplement my protein intake for days when I'm working out. It is good as an on the go booster and seemed to repress my sugar cravings. It mixes well and, although it isn't as thick as the Diet Fuel meal replacement, it has a nice, smooth texture and isn't too powdery. I personally don't like the cheesecakey flavour, I'd rather it was just strawberry flavour, but that's just me.

Yuck unless with milk
Diet supplements shouldn’t need produce like milk to make them taste ok but sadly in this case unless you want close to cheesecake flavour you need milk. Some say I’m a heathen for using water but still, one should not have to add to a base product to get the flavour. Stick with cookies and cream

Not sure if the consistency is right.
I'm been using phd protein powder, one scoop with 150ml water and is very thick mixture, which I like,but with this one I find it very watery .I'm just curious if this is normal for this brand of protein?

Best protein so far
I am with this protein already 3 years and could not recommended enough.Flavour is great, I do swap sometimes get the strawberry one other times I get the cookie flavour ones. Both greats. I try woman’s best protein but I can say this is far better than that one.
