Frenchi Furniture Entry Way Console Table

I found this table on Amazon and it was exactly what I was looking for -- a small, decorative table that could be placed against a wall. The dimensions were nice too -- this table is not "too short" height-wise (at 30" tall) and the length was nice as well (35.5"). I felt compelled to write a more positive review, as the only other review of this product had left a previous buyer disappointed, unfortunately. This item shipped/arrived in a timely fashion, and it also came in a HUGE box -- much larger than the table itself. Inside the large box was a lot of padding/cushioning and then a second, smaller box which contained the table. After opening the second box, the table parts/pieces were packed neatly and firmly in styrofoam, without any chance of the pieces moving. It appears that great care was taken to pack this product to ensure that it would not get damaged during shipment. I feel terribly sorry for the previous reviewer who received a badly damaged product; however, perhaps that buyer's review was taken into consideration when sending out future shipments to customers. Despite the less than positive review, I went ahead and purchased this product (fingers crossed!), hoping that my table would arrive without damage. Upon unpacking the table, I found that it was completely damage-free, without so much as a single nick or scratch. Perfect. The color was darker than the product image on Amazon shows for this table, & the color was not exactly a "cherry" color (it did not have much of a reddish tint). The color of the table is actually a bit darker, with more of an espresso-like color, which actually matched my couches/furniture better than cherry would have anyway. As a surprise bonus, this table also comes with a small, functional pull-out drawer. I thought the knob on the front of the table was simply there for decoration, but I was pleasantly surprised that the table has a functional drawer. Assembly for this product was also a breeze -- turn the top of the table over & simply screw the legs into pre-drilled holes. The legs are sturdy (with the table having 4 legs) and I don't feel that the table would topple over, it feels very solid. Lastly, as for the price: you can't beat it! Many other tables that I have searched for online all cost literally hundreds of dollars. Although this table might not be as "good" of quality as some other tables out there, I think this table is fairly priced and to the naked eye, it looks just as authentic as any other tables I've seen on other websites. All in all, I am very happy with this purchase!!

Good quality entryway table for a low price! It almost comes to you completely assembled. All you need to do is screw on the legs and drawer knob. The only thing I do not care for is that the color (Mahogany) does not come close to matching the picture online. It is the right description (Mahogany) for the actual color, but I was still hoping that it matched the Cherry as it looks online. It still works in the space I have for it, so I kept it. They really need to update the picture though. Just be aware that Mahogany is a very dark, mildly reddish brown (as it should be).

The only reason this received 4 stars is that the picture is way lighter than what I received. What I received - in color - is like a dark cherry. In fact, I kept staring at it thinking it was black but there is the brownish grains in the color. This is what happens when you have painted wood, it can be a gamble. Would I send it back - no - I really do like and it serves the purpose I need it for. Fortunately, the picture frames it sits under contrast well and it does not stick out like a sore thumb because of the color. I am happy it worked out because I really love the table just wish the color was a bit more "mahogany" and like the picture. Oh well - the life of an online shopper.

In general, furniture gives me sticker shock, especially small tables like this. For $80, this is a bargain. The package arrived double-boxed and was in great shape. It took all of five minutes to put it together - the legs screw into the table top and it's ready...no need to mess around with putting the drawer together or installing glides. It's a dark cherry finish and looks great. There's no floor protectors and if you like to use the hard plastic nail-in kind, they won't work. The legs have pre-drilled holes but I'm not sure why. They're wide enough at the base to accommodate one-inch felt pads without spilling over and showing. All in all, a very nice value. For the price and fit/finish, it more than met my expectations.

This table is so beautiful. It's a deeper brown than the picture. The picture looks a little reddish, but in real life it's a deep brown. The table is pretty sturdy and goes together quickly. The front drawer drags a bit, but we aren't using it for anything where we would have to open very often. Well worth the money. I'm so happy with this table.

Not worth $75. Two of the 4 legs of the table were damaged. Splits in the wood legs. Just not worth the money that I paid. Flimsy; not sturdy on its top. Drawer wobbly. It looks good from a distance until you pull out the drawer and touch it. The bottom of legs have no cushion to prevent your floors from scratching... just wood; to protect your floors you have to buy something to add to the legs....not worth the buy; table not worth it

I bought this for the upstairs hallway, so we could set a light on it. My 15 year old daughter put it together. She was so happy that it was easy! I’m not sure if she said there weren’t directions or didn’t need directions, but she said it was self explanatory. She said if only all furniture was this easy! It’s a bit darker than the pics, but still pretty. If you are looking to match it perfectly with other items in your room this may be an issue. We love it regardless.

Pros -Cosmetically looked good -VERY easy assembly (no tools needed) Cons -Screws on the legs were not straight, so had to over tighten and bend them line up right. -One of the inserts for the leg's screw stripped out while I was trying to make the legs straight. Wood glue would fix it, but frustrating to have to deal with. Overall Good table if you are looking for low cost and visually appealing.

This classy little side table was easy to put together - just twist on the three legs, add a knob (I purchased my own, but it does come with a nice silver knob), and voila! No extra tools needed and it can't be thrown together by one person in just a few quick minutes. Best of all, it's absolutely beautiful and sturdy!

Gorgeous!!! This piece is exactly the right height and only a foot deep so it doesn't take up much space in the entry but it TOTALLY MAKES the space perfect. Can't even imagine the entry without it now...it would look so barren. Very pleased with this piece.

Looks pretty, but the quality's barely satisfactory

Nice looking piece. Just a lot smaller than what I was expecting. Looks bigger in the picture.
