Do they fit well for wide feet?

I do not have wide feet so unsure. They tend to mold to your foot so I would assume they would fit wide feet.

Do your feet sweat in these and if so do your feet smell? does the shoe end up smelling?

I did not experience any sweating or sme. I wore the shoes for several hours.

Anyone else have a "W" next to the number size on the bottom of the shoe? I ordered a regular 8, don't need a wide, but are they all in fact wides?

Yes mine has the W next to the 8 and I am not a wide they fit perfect I think I means womens

Will this shoe be available in bronze size 7 anytime soon?

Yes they are just as easy to clean
